Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. This website uses as few as possible, and none for advertising.

Analytics
To learn which articles are read and which pages people leave, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited), property G-V4ESGJQ8T8. It records the pages you open, the approximate location derived from your IP address (country and city, the address itself is not stored in our reports), your device and browser, and the site or search that brought you here. We do not use it for advertising, we have signalled to Google that advertising storage and personalisation are refused, and we never combine it with the contents of your genealogical files.
The Google tag is loaded only after you accept analytics in the banner. If you refuse, or simply never answer, no script and no request reach Google at all. You can change your mind at any time at the bottom of this page.
Third parties
Fonts, stylesheets and scripts are served from our own domain, so a page you open contacts nobody except Google Analytics, and that only with your consent. When you submit the launch sign-up form, your e-mail address is sent to Brevo (sibforms.com), our newsletter provider, which may set cookies necessary to protect the form against abuse. See Brevo's privacy policy.
No advertising, no cross-site tracking
We do not use advertising cookies, remarketing, cross-site tracking or social media pixels, and we do not sell or share the statistics with anyone.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; deleting them also removes any Google Analytics cookies already stored. Blocking the necessary storage may prevent the sign-up form or, after launch, your account from working.
Your choice
You accepted or refused analytics when you first opened the site. You can change that here; the new choice takes effect immediately and applies to every page.
